Bad words..

Featured Replies

Do you use them in your country ?

with family/everyone ?

if someone there does, does it make them a bad/uneducated person ?

Actually, i do when i get angry and when i'm with male friends but i hate it when a girl here uses them, i dont know but it gives me the impression that shes a kind of bad girls or i dont know..

Nighty night guys.

I'm quite the swearer. Around my parents, family etc. well not grandparents... Oh and I can't swear on here!

I wish I didn't swear as much as I do. And I think it doesn't make a person look uneducated.

Around my family I don't and people I know that don't like it. I try to be polite. Around good friends i cuss way too much.

Never around family, just a few times around friends, I guess it's because almost none of them use bad words so I'm not used to that.

I do, but mostly in English.

I find curse words in my mother tongue to be way more explicit(?) that it is degrading.

I curse some with friends but not much, never with family or people who don't like it, etc.

Usually people don't think much of it unless it's your parents or elderly relatives.

Oh yea definitely not with my family.

I use them to lighten up the mood and mainly with my guy friends i dont swear much with girls around and not at all with family !

it sounds stupid if you just always use them. like some people say a curse word after every normal word :p that annoys me

I used to swear in class when I was at my old Catholic school just to bother the pretentious girls who would be all "don't swear it's not Catholic!!"

Not with family or anyone that would inform my family.

I don't swear around my family, but I do a bit when I'm around my friends.

But I mostly just do it when I'm joking or if I get hurt :laugh3:

It's fun to swear in Icelandic..

ANDSKOTANN!

FJANDIN!

:snobby:

Yes.

Yes.

No.

By comparison, I spend some time where fuck is considered an adjective as well as a verb, noun and curse word.

I don't usually use them but here there are some ranges of bad words... I mean some of them are used nearly as "normal" words but others.... I don't like to use them but I must admit that some are really common like: Joder, or Osita! (there are even similar words used by children that at not bad words: Jope, Ostras )

others are much worse.. but is the same as in english I guess..

i don't normally swear and less in an  manner, thought i reckon at times i should do so.

but when i'm nervous for an exam my mind is swearing when preparing it :uhoh:

i swear a lot but i'm from northern Norway and we pretty much all swear like fishermen, maybe because almost all of our families used to be fisherfamilies

only when really really really angry! kol 5ara-ya 2eben l ********* ....
