DID ANYONE HEAR THE WONDERFUL NEWS FROM TINYPIC? :D

Featured Replies

Tinypic is no longer accepting uploads from international locations, and links are turned off. If you have content on Tinypic, you can still view the URLs and the content, but only on Tinypic. To upload, share, or link content, please go to Photobucket.com to register an account. You will need to upload your content again to your Photobucket account, but you will be able to share and link your images and videos. We’re sorry for the inconvenience and hope that you enjoy Photobucket, our premier image and video site. Click here for more details.

:awesome:

LOLOLOL PHOTOBUCKET FUCKS UP FROM THE BANDWITH OR SUMFIN AND NOW TINYPIC IS BEING A BITCH :wacky:

I had a lot of pictures on Tinypic, I have to put them all back on another account on another website .___.

Yes, pissed me off big time today. :veryangry:

Tinypic were great because you could upload big files and they didn't remove your files when there was big bandwidth use etc.

Soooooooo annoying!

Nobody will continue using it.

Imageshack isn't a solution either because the files can't be seen by everyone.

Ahh, this is so stressfull :blank:

Where did I posted the thread at first?

LOLZ I DIDN'T NOTICE THIS.

Sorry, I moved it to Tech from the Lounge but there's a redirect for 10 hours. :)

Yeah, was a pain when you wanted to upload many pics at once but other than that it was great because .gifs could have any size and no bandwidth limit. :(

Oh well, okay.

I know ;__; ARG I have to put ALL of my images on a new site, I guess on a rainy boring day :blank:

Anybody know any sites like tinypic? :anxious:

I have multiple photobucket accounts... never warmed to imageshack and like I said earlier, not everyone can see them...

So no, sadly I can't tell you any awesome alternative. :disappointed:

So I second her question!

Glad I'm in the us, but i heard it works still in Canada, the UK, and Australia.

still i won't post gifs from there anymore

Now my myspace is all fucked up :blank:

*sigh*

This is shit .___. I guess I have to do that photobucket thing, it will be a nice way to organize things in a way, an alternative to albums.

Imageshack isn't a solution either because the files can't be seen by everyone.

Uhh? I always use Imageshack and never have had any complaints about horrid red X of doom.

No idea why this thread had been deleted.

Apologies!! It's back now though.

I'm still mad at tinypic for that move.

???

Never heard of Webshots:

http://www.webshots.com/

True the advertising is annoying, but it's one of the few places where you can upload big pictures without having to resize them

So, me go to image shack now? Yes? or that webshot thinge?

Looks like TinyPic are going to go under any day now due to bandwidth bills, so if you have anything saved on there, get it off ASAP before it gets lost forever

  • Author

Oh god ;__; But My computer can't handle so much pictures :bigcry:

  • Author

That webshots thing is bull, you have to pay

I guess I use imageshack :disappointed:

Just to keep em' thar.

It's working fine, guys...

We heard from many of our users in regards to these changes and we appreciate your feedback. Tinypic has restored linking to your images and enabled uploading. Please rest assured no content was removed from the site. We tried to notify users on Tinypic and requested they move their content to Photobucket. Unfortunately this messaging was insufficient and has taken many of our users by surprise and we apologize. Our intent was to begin combining some of the best features of Tinypic and Photobucket, thereby offering users a better experience. Any changes in the future will be better communicated. Once again, we apologize for the inconvenience.

:anxious:

Someone was thinking this well through it seems.
