(or so thats what i keep telling myself im reading ;) ) Trouser Rise The rise is the vertical area between your waistband and your crotch. I see it to the right (his right) of the zipper in the last 2 here, thought it's hard to see where the zipper is in the 3rd pic. I think Mel is right, he mixes it up.
