So when me and my ex were dating, I gave her my first Coldplay CD...well CDs cause it was the Viva la Vida Prospekts March EP. Unfortunately she doesn't talk to me anymore and I kinda want the disk back, but I don't think it'll be right since I gave it to her as a gift...o_o HELP

I don't think you can get it back, when you gave it to her. Can't you just buy a new CD?

lolwut. Just leave the CD with her and buy a new one. :|

Sue her.

Also while you're at it, sue her for all the food she ate in your house. You'll probably want that back too.

THIS

This is kind of random, but somewhat related...

Having formerly worked at a jewelry store, this is why I would kindly deter people from proposing to their girlfriend on her birthday, Christmas, Valentine's Day, Sweetest Day, etc. Because the ring can then be considered a "gift" so technically the chick can keep it if the engagement gets called off (whereas she would otherwise have to give it back).

But this was just a CD, so I'm sure you'll survive.

Invite yourself over, say you need to talk. When she's out of the room, nab it and run.
