yeah seriously, the hell is going on?

1. I never claimed to have scientific data that contradicts conviction rates. I was simply pointing out that conviction rates aren't by any means scientific. They are regularly falsified, and I can link you to evidence that many rape claims against men are shown to be false. Women understand that shrieking "rape" is one golden bullet society has given them to totally destroy a man's life, regardless of evidence.

 

2. Reason for "massive cover up" - men (especially cops who already have low self esteem to begin with) tend to play "white knight". No, it's not a scientific claim. But it's something I think most neutral observers can agree occurs. Cops do the "guilty until proven innocent" thing when it comes to claims of sexual abuse by men. Sexual abuse cases by women aren't taken as seriously, and victims are told to "man up".

 

3. You're doing it now. The thematic nature of your posts in this thread has been nothing but "herp derp men are arrested more often for sexual abuse therefore the guy in this video is a total sexual pervert and should be locked up and shot, oh wait nevermind, not locked up and shot. I'm not really sure what the punishment should be. Herp derp."

 

4. All I know is that you people are afraid of men. It's a little funny when you think about it. Maybe you should get out the house more and go meet some more people with XY chromosomes. I did ignore your question, and I told you why, but you don't fucking listen, the same reason you think I'm "spreading outrage" because you lack intelligence, you tied in my posts with other peoples posts about shooting or jailing, and you did the same with Megalomania, because I think you're a bit thick, you just kinda glare over stuff/usernames and form an opinion. The same way you're forming opinions from glubs of 'evidence', I've never seen someone so naturally biased towards promoting a handful of news stories because it ties in with what they want to believe. You should work for the Daily Mail.

 

I told you I had no reason to answer your questions until you answered mine, and you haven't, again you're going off topic (Of course everyones aware that some cases of rape are false, do you think anyone needs evidence of that?! And it has nothing to do with the topic)- to remind you, we're talking about paedophilia, not SIDS, not adult rape, about whether there are more male or female paedophiles, so stay focused on that, because you've had nothing to offer on that topic.

 

What was the point in bringing up 'scientific' data in the first place? You didn't have any, so basically what you are adding to the argument is that just because the vast majority of convicted paedophiles are male, we don't have conclusive proof that this is 100% correct. Which technically, you are right, but you'd have to be a total moron to actually believe that. That's like saying just because a gigantic majority of convictions of homocides in South LA are gang related, there's nothing to prove that most of these murders weren't pissed off suburban housewives on their way through the ghettos. There are certainly examples where conviction rates can be meddled with for certain reasons, there are no reasons why anyone wouldn't want to give the impression that there are just as many female paedophiles as male, in fact fear mongering media jumps on any case involving a female paedophile because it's a brand new type of fear.

 

From doing digging, the statistics I found which most favour your argument, which said that there is an estimate that 20% of paedophiles in the UK are female, but this was from an unfounded source and not even published in a journal, but still good enough for a newspaper. The conviction rate was 3-5%, and many argued that the 20% had little or no backing or empirical method explained to come up with such a statistic, but even if it is 20%, that's still very clear: there are more male paedophiles then female. The "man up" theory or cases where a boy doesn't understand it's paedophilia are not enough to explain such an overwhelming difference (And don't quote "overwhelming" sarcastically unless you have something to back it up- right now, from what we can see, it's overwhelming).

 

For point 3 and 4 I asked you to quote me, and you haven't, and the reason you haven't is because I've said nothing about shooting or jailing, I've offered no method of punishment, I've not tried to spark outrage or paint the entire male race as paedophiles, I've said very simply that if a woman were to do it we'd find it just as creepy. Your unfortunate brain filter seems to have missed that (As well as when Megalomania said it). And now I actually am ignoring your question again, because you've talked a load of bullshit and don't deserve an answer, but I think when I eventually have a reason to give one, you're going to be mighty disappointed that it's nowhere near as sensationalist as you're dreaming of, and nowhere throughout this argument have I ever offered a sensationalist thought or idea, ever generalised all men as paedophiles, or attempted to cause outrage, where the hell you are getting this shit from, I have no idea, but my conclusion comes in 2 words; you're fucked.
