Coldplay.com and iPad/iPhone

Featured Replies

I've been having trouble the last few days accessing coldplay.com on both my iPad and iPhone, using Safari. I keep getting a message on both saying: "Safari cannot open the page because too many redirects occurred." I've cleaned out my history/cache, I've synched it, and I have all the most current software, etc. Is anyone else having trouble? It's very frustrating.

Yes, I have the same problem... Indeed very frustrating! But I have no idea what to do.

Thanks! I had searched the forum for coldplay.com, but just got old posts. So I didn't know if anyone else was having problems.

Thanks for that. I had used that long ago with my iPod touch, but not with my newer iPad or iPhone. It works, but doesn't have the link to ETIAW video on youtube.

"Too many redirects" I think means there's too many links and videos on the home page.
