Radiohead have signed with Warner/Chappel publishing to release their new album, putting an end to speculation they could blaze a trail with a big independent record label.

 

Many people had considered the band were eying a big independent to release their seventh studio album, which is due out early next year. But in a statement this week, Warner/Chappell MD Richard Manners confirmed the experimental rockers would not be leaving the publishing house they signed with in 1994.

 

"This keeps us in the Radiohead business for a substantial time. We are thrilled to have come to an agreement with the band."
