November 18, 200322 yr Hi everyone, I just got my dvd the other day. It's the limited edition version, but I can't find the Fair Trade or Grammys stufff anywhere. The only thing I have on the CD ROM is a lame photo gallery. Am I completely nuts, or is this stuff simply not here? Thanks all

November 18, 200322 yr The info about the extra features was on the official website, to my knowledge. From my thread, I learned the extra footage mentioned is supposed to be on the DVD (maybe the European version only...?).

November 22, 200322 yr i saw there was 2 formats box for the dvd, one in a cd jewel and one in a common dvd format. Is there any difference on the inside? Bonus, booklet, dvd(s?)...
