WELL SECTS ALSO 'ARE A' PHILOSOPHY OF LIFE

it's complicated to explain it....

sects are not open minded....

hindouism, bouddhism are more spirituality than religious

hinduism is a religion...the world's oldest, i might add. :smug:

and since it teaches one how to live, it is also called a philosophy on life.

WELL ALL RELIGIONS, IF YOU FOLOW THEM HOW 'YOU SHOULD', ARE A PHILOSOPHY OF LIFE. AND IT IS THE WORLD'S OLDEST RELIGION, BUT JUDAISM IS THE WORLD'S OLDEST 'MONO' [JUST ONE GOD] RELIGION :smug:

yes, since Buddhists believe in non-violence, they usually/most don't eat meat. I don't know...

THAT'S WHAT I MEAN WITH FOLLOWING THEM HOW 'YOU SHOULD' :smug:

so you think Hinduism means believing in more than one God?

yes' date=' since Buddhists believe in non-violence, they usually/most don't eat meat. I don't know...[/quote']

there's a thing with reincarnation, isn'it?

NO, IMEAN THEY AHVE LIKE GODNESS LIKE A SORT OF LIKE THE GREEKS [MY ENGLISH IS NOT HELPIN ME, BUT I SUPPOSE YOU UNDERSTAND WHAT I'M TRYING TO SAY]

poytheism....

POLYTHEISM, THAT'S RIGHT! [i SUPPOSE :sneaky: ]

No! that's how the narrow-minded people think about it.

People who actually know of Hinduism will tell you that Hindus believe in only one God. But, they also accept that there is more than one way of realizing God. And that's why the various forms of God/Godess are only manifestations of one Supreme Being.

it's similar to saying christians believe in 3 gods... the holy trinity. i even forget what the 3 are.... the holy ghost, spirit, .... ?

father, soon, holy ghost

there's only one god

three is a very sacred number...i don't know why
