I had no idea how much I use Wikipedia

Featured Replies

Several times in the last hour I've generally searched something, clicked a wiki link, and been devastated.

Yeah well I'm used to using my spare and lunch period to monitor wikipedia for vandalism. :|

I love you.

So far today I have been hindered in my search for knowledge on Des Lynam, footballer Sam Vokes and 2011 snooker Masters history.

I'll have to check that tomorrow
No, you can do it today, just use Connor's little trick. :cheesy:

*it really does work, I tried it*

The Wikipedia app on my iPhone is still working, ha!

Yeah my app works too :sneaky:

Search for it, when the page loads or even before that, keep hitting esc key and it will stay on the page. As illustrated by previous poster.

I can't believe I'm enlightening the webmaster.

I first didnt get the meaning of this thread but then i googled something clicked on the first link and there it was : "Imagine a world without free knowledge"

What went wrong them come on 24hours it's too much !!

...or you can use m.wikipedia.org (their mobile site). Just replace the language ("en" for english) with "m" for whichever page you want. Or just use the mobile site.

There's a lot of ways to overcome your Wikipedia addiction (I have one too...I can't believe it's only been 13 hours)

It's fascinating how often I Wikipedia the most random things just because I feel like I HAVE to know that little piece of information.
