Several times in the last hour I've generally searched something, clicked a wiki link, and been devastated.

Search for it, when the page loads or even before that, keep hitting esc key and it will stay on the page. As illustrated by previous poster.

What went wrong them come on 24hours it's too much !!

...or you can use m.wikipedia.org (their mobile site). Just replace the language ("en" for english) with "m" for whichever page you want. Or just use the mobile site.

 

There's a lot of ways to overcome your Wikipedia addiction (I have one too...I can't believe it's only been 13 hours)

The italian wiki did a similar thing back in october...
