I'm wondering at what event this particular photo was taken-

Looks familiar to me, and could be Green Eyes during Viva tour, yes.

Or maybe during their Viva Australian tour when they covered I'm a believer by The Monkees ? (RIP Davy Jones :( ) It was during the Australian part of the tour, right ?

Chris is playing the harmonica- he did that when Will sang Death Will Never Conquer during the VLV Tour C-stage set

i'm almost positive this is Death Will Never Conquer but that still leaves a lot of possibilities open.

 

i'm thinking that the key to figuring out the date is the colors of Chris's and Guy's shirts. Chris wore a white shirt a lot and Guy wore a red shirt a lot during the Viva tour, so that narrows down the options...

It's not from a performance of I'm a believer, as there's no keyboard. I think Australia is a good bet, as there were a lot of especially good (clear, close) tour photos published from that leg of the tour. If you have enough time on your hands, you may be able to locaste the correct date by scanning through the live section of the gallery.

Hehe, I love that we're analyzing what point in the tour this could be by the clothes and the types of instruments on stage :laugh3:.

 

I'm agreeing with the others on it being "Death Will Never Conqurer", looks like the way they're all assembled and such when they do that song (and when they have done "I'm A Believer" Chris is the one singing on that, so that can't be it here, since Will's at the microphone).
