So they wrote in graffiti on a bridge in a park...

That nobody said it was easy...

Then a guy came along and offered them everything they ever wanted in a permanent state..

And they were worried about it and did not want to talk about it....

...but then night turned to day and they still had no answers...

But they knew that there was nothing here to run from, cause everybody here had somebody to lean on!

So the two lovers kept on the road they were on...

But knew that someone had one eye watching them

So they'd better lie low

But she knew that the sun must set to rise...

Somewhere up above the stars

And then remembered that every teardrop is a waterfall...

and thought, "In the end, we lie awake, and we dream we'll make an escape."

And said, So you can hurt us bad, but still we'll raise the flag

then priests clutch on to their bibles

and they said: Good things are coming your way

But when you're still waiting for the snow to fall, it doesn't really feel like Christmas at all.

"The summer is set to rise," they said

So they were sitting in the strawberry swing

and suddenly

they were drifting in to outer space

and saw birds go flying in the underground

And suddenly they were between the closing walls and the ticking clocks

Then they were driven to distraction but it was all part of the plan

and shouted, "No we won't let them take control'

But they didn't panic because they started to sparkle and glisten
