Any up for a coldplaying meet up in London (bakery)?

Featured Replies

Been wondering if we should have a meet up in London. It'd be nice to meet some of the people I saw in Manchester and also a chance to talk Coldplay all day, or maybe 2 days!

If this post is in the wrong section can someone move it :) Or if there is already a meetup can you let me know.

:)

Any specific day you're thinking of meeting people there?

I'll be in London, next month, so maybe?

I'm not sure. If we can get a few people onboard and have a small to medium gathering it'd be cool.

I can do next month, I'd get the train down. I'm actually in London soon so maybe we could work something around that

Oh I would love that :) I absolutely love that idea...

Believe me I would if I had money for a plane ticket to come over there..I would have a place to stay because my brother will have already moved to London by then, the only problem is just a plane ticket :) I'd love to see you lovely ladies and the Bakery.

Oh I wish I could :)

You should plan it after the tour is over and you know their back home... not right after the tour like maybe a month after its over.

I may be able to make it depending on how much the train fare and timing it'll take to get close to The Bakery, would love to meet some fellow Coldplayers :D:D

Does anyone know the postcode or address?x

I was just thinking about trying to meet up with ppl from here. :D

Would love that! I'm near London so am quite flexible with dates...might be good to wait until the boys are back home?

Basically, I'm heading to london soon to see my cousin. The dates are possibly flexible so I can choose when I go. If this is something a lot of us want to do, we can set something in concrete soon. I have my exams finishing this week but can keep commenting on this thread until then, then we'll see where we are?

Can't wait to see you guys :)

I think that's a brilliant idea, but I agree with having to meet up some day when the band are actually in London. Imagine actually meeting them, that would be amazing! :shocked2:

Coldplayers meetup!

Can we get a meetup organised outside the bakery? I'm in college now but can find a week off. I think it'd be nice doing it when coldplay are off tour, with maybe 20-30 coldplayers, all having a chance to meet coldplay!

I really want this to work, it'd be an amazing experience for us all

we should do one at the other side of The Channel aswell :snobby:

Is anybody still up for doing this?

I think we should seriously consider doing something next Summer, maybe.. ?

I still think its an amazing idea. =)

Yeah! Me too! How many of us would go though? Too many and we probably wouldn't get to meet the band...

Maybe 5 of us? :)

Hello guys :)

How does everyones timetable look for a meet between June and September?

i wanna live in England... :(

i wanna live in England... :(

At least you are in Europe.... :(

I wanna meet!! :D but I live in Trinidad ._.

and the only time I'll be in England is in August

I'd absolutely love to, it sounds like a great idea :D.

I live in Sheffield (hence my username :P) so it would be about a 3 hour train journey down to London from here.

I'd definitely be up for it :D

I remember that in 2009 there was a meet up in London (in a pub maybe?) for the Wembley concerts with Jay-Z. A lot of people came and at the end they were all drunk and sang Coldplay songs.

Right, I finish college next week and seen as Coldplay are always at the Bakery and the Beehive, I think now is the time to go.

I basically have 2 months off, and during the week would be best as Coldplay will probably be there rather than at weekends.

Can we get an idea of numbers? Or can we have this publicized a bit to get maybe 15 people?

WOW that'd be A LOT of people at the same time. I'm afraid that if 10 people show up at the same time, the band might start being less open to meeting fans there.

I've just changed that for you :nice:
