Hey there, you bunch of people you. My name's Josh and I'm a guy from Massachusetts who loves to play bass. I've just recently gotten in to Coldplay, and they've already managed to change the way I look at music. U2 have always been my favorite band, but with Coldplay they've quite possibly met their match. (For now, at least.) I love to play songs by both bands but at the moment it's been mostly Coldplay. I find that sometimes, nothing is more fun than just plucking out some of my favorite basslines, many of which Guy Berryman has recently provided. Anywho, just thought I'd give a hello. Hello! Can't wait for the next album!

P.S.

On a bit of a pointless note, I look a bit like Guy. At least that's what a friend told me.

Previously unheard song from before the Seoul show today. Looks like they might be ready to start soundchecking some new songs again. While the mods did promise to reopen the original thread once they'd gone through and cleaned it up, I'm not sure of when or if it'll be reopened so for now I thought it would be best to start a new thread for the leaks so we can keep the other threads more on topic. What might it be like? The lyric video is nice but I would have loved to see Coldplay attempt a music video for it. It's not unusual for songs as long as Coloratura to have music videos - Blackstar by David Bowie had a great one - but usually they're larger in scope because of the length of the song. I'd like to think something along the lines of Up&Up's video would work. But or course that's already been done, and very well. Does anyone have any other ideas?
