Uhm well a moderater is someone who busybeeburns (Ian; the webmaster) chooses to moderate (or look after/watch over) a forum. For instace Vin (Oh HoNEy) is the moderator of this board, and they have the ability to edit or delete threads ect. I'm not very good at explaining this sort of stuff. :lol: As far as this messageboard goes, I think it's full of the nicest people you'll find.
