Because to me it seems that it uses the same chord progression of ASFOS, just with a slightly higher pitch. What I believe is ASFOS was originally meant to be a song with less of a EDM feel to it, and they eventually decided to make it a dance song instead. My guess is there is a slower version of ASFOS which sounds like that, or this is part of an unfinished version of it (which I hope we someday get to listen in its entirety).
