Easy To Please - What's all the talking about?

I have no idea what they're saying in the background at the start and during the song... Does anyone know?

I remember reading somewhere that its recorded sounds of street noise (cars, people talking, rain, etc). I thought it was the oracle who said this but apparently it isn't (can't re-find it) so I must've gotten it somewhere else or it came from my imagination.

Edit: oh, its from wikipedia , who actually got that nugget of info from coldplaying! but the link they sourced is since dead. the best I can find is a cached webpage http://archive.is/FXdn

So to answer the question: the talking isn't anything specific. They just stuck a microphone and left it to pick up whatever random noise/conversations it would.

I read somwhere that they placed a mic next to a street that was still wet from rain
