I want the complete thing, not the 5 minute version, i'm not gonna listen until the album is out if it doesn't happen.

No not at all, the normal release will have O as a 5 minutes track, you'll only get part 2 on Target Edition that has more 1:37m. I'm not sure if been clear

Yes but part 2 doesn't really sound like it and its just and instrumental.

In my understanding the non-deluxe album will have a longer version of O cause there will be a bigger gap between the two parts (song and hidden song).

O has two song... 'Fly On' and 'O'.

After 'Fly On' has finished there will be a two min gap of silence before 'O' starts as it is technically a hidden song.

 

Itunes just cut that 2 min gap out

I'm sure this has been mentioned somewhere, but could you point out where? Seems weird and confusing to me to have a hidden track before the tracklisted song?

O isn't a hidden song. In an interview with Zane Lowe, Chris said they have given up given songs split titles, such as Yes!/Chinese Sleep Chant or Lovers in Japan/Reign of Love. They just chose to call the entire piece of music O instead of Fly On/O.

Alright, didn't remember that. Chinese Sleep Chant wasn't listed by the way.

My understanding:

 

O is 7 minutes on the standard edition because of the two minute gap. The part after Fly On is a hidden track.

 

But on the DELUXE edition, the 2 minute gap wouldn't make sense because there are still tracks after O. So they cut the silence out.

Does the Deluxe Edition actually cut the 2 minutes of silence out of "O" as well?

That's right. After Fly On they made a 2 minute gap in order that the final length of the album is 42 minutes with 42 seconds.
