I usually don't make threads, but I just came up with this idea for a new coldplay game while i couldn't sleep.

Similar to a normal game of dominoes, you gotta name a coldplay song that in some way fits the song that has been named before. To avoid confusion, always put your reasoning why your song fits the previous song in your post.

The only difference to a normal game of dominoes is that the "dominoes" don't have two sides and obviously fitting together here doesn't mean being exactly the same but only connected in some way. (it doesn't have to be lyrics, be creative!)

I don't know if my description of the game is really clear, so just ask if you have a question.

 

I'll start off with:

Yellow

Ladder to the Sun (cause the sun is yellow)

Talk (You can climb a ladder up to the sun)

X&Y (song named like the album that Talk was an iconic song off)

Crests of Waves (because you and me are floating on a tidal wave in X&Y)

Fun (parting of waves)

Up&Up (come on don't give up don't say we give in --> don't ever give up)

Things I Don't Understand (how come people suffer how come people part? how come people struggle how come people break your heart?)

We Never Change (how often people change)

Shiver (if you want me to change, well I'll change for you)

Ghost Story (cause you say you see straight through me)

A Ghost

Cemeteries of London (they say ghosts love graveyards.)

The Scientist (Cemeteries can haunt you in your dreams)

AHFOD - a head full of dreams

Fix you

(In the light just streams - lights will guide you home)
