The Future of the Coldplaying App

Featured Replies

@cp3176 if you have Samsung phones, you can use Samsung Switch to transfer apps and other data

Does that require doing stuff on the screen of the phone, because if so I likely can't

I used it to convert my S3 to S7 and if I remember well I used my laptop.

First save the contents of the old phone on your pc and then connect the new one and transfer it to the new one.

I'm not sure it converted all my apps though.

Well I just plugged one phone into the other....but hopefully this might work.

Also, I don't know if Canada has Best Buy stores, but if they do, I believe the Geek Squad has a way to transfer apps and data online.

OK I'll look into that

Has anyone else problems with the App too?

It starts up but when I click on a thread that keeps loading.

Edit: It is solved after rebooting and log off/on

There is multi quote like I showed you the other day.

What do you mean by messages?

Sorry, I missed that post until now. Thanks! Seems to make sense, I'll try it next I get a chance.

To go to the PM:

Click on the 3 horizontal bars you see on the left.

Then you will get a menu and there is an option "Messages".

Select that one and I think the rest will be clear. If not let us know.

By the way, the app is still not working normal for me.

I only get the last 20 threads in my overview.

And the strange thing is: when I log off it does show more.

The App doesn't like me anymore. [emoji24]

In fact: I have reinstalled the app because of the problems (that I still have) but now I can't load/see my messages anymore.

Tapatalk issues I guess.

Can you see them in the app?

I can get the 40 most recent threads now instead of 20

Did you have the problem too?

Indeed, now there are 40.

I still can't see my PM'S and can't send any.

I get an error.

This is nothing to do with us unfortunately, it's Tapatalk's fault. That's why we stopped working with them

I was already guessing that. The problems started 3 days ago. Hopefully they will solve it somehow.

I can do PMs

I can get the most recent 60 now haha

Yeah, me too. [emoji4]

I still don't see any PM'S though and can't send them.

I also tried on my tablet and I got the same there. So it isn't a device problem.

I finally can see and send PM's again. [emoji4]

I have fixed it by installing the Tapatalk app on my phone and logging on to the forums.

Now it is working again in the Coldplaying app.

I guess my account got messed up somehow.

So is the "Latest News" section not working for anyone else?

Yep.

Sometimes logging off helps.

Now the number of threads has gone back to 20.
