No, he saying that his french is ' a word he can't say out loud' which in french is ' un mot que je ne peux pas parler'. It's not 'papa' ^^

 

But basically he made a joke with the guy next to him , Gad Elmaleh (a famous humorist in france) who is saying that Chris bought him to say nice things about X&Y (you see Chris hand him a billet bank XD). Then he's talking about the album and how he wrote 'a message' naked. Then how he don't know how he manage to write such great hits. Then in the end, Chris even made a joke in reference of a piece of Gad's show by saying he'll write a song call 'flex, flex, flex' (in his show, Gad make fun of french R'N'B and had a song where he use the word 'flex' to say 'foot')..

Well he may have written others naked but is the song famous for being written naked.
