Some of you know I had an erm.. altercation with someone at work a week or so ago? Anyway the subject of this and I have made it up, but there is an uneasy truce. He was in my office at my desk today, chatting to someone else in the room about gigs.. then he said..

 

'Oh I'm going to see that Band in the summer.. what's the name.. they did that song about elephants...'?

 

I blinked a few times, waited for someone else to comment, then when everyone was looking blank, said.. 'Coldplay'..

 

'Oh yeah, he said.. them.. I'm going with a few friends'

 

I told him he'd have a great time and the conversation switched onto something else..

 

Now having thought about it, I am a bit put out that someone who doesn't even know what they are called gets to go to a concert so many real fans can't.. not only that, but someone who I don't even particularly like.. :thinking:

Oh I didn't know that you had an altercation. But that's just....AWFUL!!! AND UNFAIR.
