Absolutely not. That would be a waste of album space. But Coldplay does do great covers like when they went from The Scientist in "What a Wonderful World"

i doubt they'd put a cover song on the album, but a few more b-side cover songs will probably pop up (ex 'lips like sugar') i would love for them to cover jeff buckly's 'last goodbye' i think they'd really do buckly and that song justice.

coldplay are there own band when it comes to albums, they write there own stuff, play there own stuff

I could totally see Coldplay doing an awesome cover of that song! But not on an album ;)
