Rest In Peace Camilla Grace

Featured Replies

Thursday May 13th Camilla Grace died when she got her head stuck in the gate of her stall. Her neck snapped when she panicked and she died instantly. She was only 15 days old. She was a Knappstrupper with beautiful markings. She was so sweet, and everyone at the barn misses her much.

who is Uncle Tom?...

sorry, i mean, who is Camilla Grace??

Its that foal up there...she was my baby... :embarrased:

you are incredibly annoying! and insensitive :stunned:

  • Author

thanks

you might find me annoying, but i'm really not insensitive.

and it is saddening to hear about your horse.

But also...my nicest, fittest, most intelligent and musically gifted 86 year old Grandad i've ever seen, spent 9 months in Hospital after a stroke, and he COULD have got better if the doctors made the correct decision during the first couple of months, but instead, they didn't...and he suffered for 3 quarters of a year, losing weight, his memory coming and going, muscles weakening, constant scratching and making himself bleed, being unaware and unable to understand what he was doing. And i had to see his son's (My Dad's) disheartened face everytime he first saw him and everytime he said goodbye to him and taking him in a wheelchair for walks around the hospital grounds, on the days his body could cope!

But i don't start a thread about it...mostly because other people don't really care.

I'm actually NOT one of those people

okay, so some people like horses, and I just felt like posting her picture..so if you don't like it get away because i'm not in the mood to deal with it...i've had lots of family members die, but no i don't start a thread about all of them..so just get over it. Camilla was special.

Youre right GasMan, I really dont care!

And I could write, in this topic, about tragedies within my family, but I wont, because Im not trying to guilt trip anyone.

Iabell just wanted to express her sadness, to her friends on here. She obviously had fond memories of the horse, so GasMan, just piss off, nobody wants to hear your negative bullshit.

thanks bananaman...it's just for people who choose to look at it..you don't have to care or like it. and im not trying to guilt trip anyone anyway.

yeah you are 100% right...my grandad wasn't special

and.., I have to get over the fact that you don't start thread about your many dying family members?? :/

  • Author

i give up trying to explain anything to you gas_man

yeah i would too..Or...maybe, think about it, and get it to make sense, and then type it.

i'm not saying it isn't a sad time for you...i remember when my cat died...it was an awful time :/

hope you feel better soon

Whats really great about GasMan is how he uses the death of his poor grandad to guilt trip someone who's just lost a family animal on the internet.

Wouldn't grand-pops be proud of how you're exploiting your memory of him.

haha..nice twist Bananarama. I'm not at all trying to make anyone guilty...you must have made up your mind about me, and then read what i said, trying to think of a reply against me..! I wrote what I wrote, showing that people Don't really care about it when they read it here.. not trying to Guilt Trip anyone at all..i didn't put any sad crying faces. you are TRYING to make me feel guilty by using words like "Grand-pops" and "Poor" when describing my grandad.

Maybe if she talked to her family or friends in PERSON, she'd get more comfort, and the art of conversation would be back, and families would communicate again...WEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEE

<another reason i wrote it was to show i Wasn't Insensitive, but not at all to guilt trip>

Oh sure, not being insensitive, look up the fricken page:

"your baby? Are you a horse?"

Either youre an incredibly, incredibly stupid robot or your being sarcastic.

The thing with your grandad is you trying to make the horse seem irrelevant and not worth writing about, it was like you're holding a Medal up about it "My grandad was the worst tragedy! I WIN!"

You know its true, write what you want.

you're completely Wrong, and you're DAFT by saying "You Know It's True, Write What You Want" because you totally missed the point i was trying to make by writing the stuff about my grandad..

& "Fricken"

Cool Beans  Bananaman

Sorry about your horse Labell.., i do recommend talking to someone in person
