June 1, 200422 yr I have made a promise to stay away from politics on public forums. ! And I am not allowed to post of this nature from this PC.
June 1, 200422 yr I think I'd rather see inane banter than somebody actually try to justify the Hitler comparison. :P (No, I'm not defending Bush, he's easily the worst president this country has ever had, but Hitler? Please.)
June 1, 200422 yr See, I don't actually think Bush is a bad person. From everything I've seen and read, he seems like the kind of person who would seem really nice once you got to know him, and I honestly believe his intentions are good (even if they almost always end badly for everybody). He just happens to be the worst leader the United States has ever seen.

June 1, 200422 yr Okay, back to the topic... I wasn't going to say anything but yeah, comparing between the two of them made my blood boil. Seriously. But then again, one is a president of a country I'm not a part of, and the other murdered 95% of my family :dozey:
June 2, 200422 yr You can't compare the two, Hitler was an insane deranged psychopath with a taste for genocide and empire building...he knew what he was doing all the time...intelligent but evil...tho one of his most fatal flaws was one where he should've learnt from the past...never open a war on 2 fronts, and never invade Russia in the winter..Napoleon learnt that to his demise, Hitler never did, he saw the German army as unbeatable... Bush on the other hand is a simpleton who I'd be amazed if he could name all 50 states he governs... There's no way you can compare the two.

June 2, 200422 yr that is why i find it funny. You see these clips of him doing all these things...and he's just a little funny monkey look-a-like. and his laugh, makes me laugh at the thought of it. And he walks funny too.
June 3, 200422 yr Dance monkey boy dance...unfortunately in the world in general Bush is the Organ Grinder and Blair is his monkey...aka Lap Dog.
June 3, 200422 yr I don't really think Bush is unintelligent either... just a phenominally bad public speaker. I think his real fault lies in the fact that he's unbelievably stubborn, and thinks that having good intentions are the same as getting good results, and he refuses to accept that any of his decisions are, in retrospect, wrong, even though the entire rest of the country (indeed, the world) can see that. That's why Donald Rumsfeld hasn't been canned yet: if Bush fired him, he'd have to essentially admit that he was wrong to hire him in the first place, which he'll never do. Basically, I think saying he's a bad leader because he's stupid is a gross oversimplification, and an ignorant one at that, even in jest. :P At any rate, as numerous people have said, it's bewildering that anybody would compare him to Hitler.
