there are three stages of this diet, like many others.

 

the first phase is 14 days long and you can have practically NO CARBS whatsoever, besides for the good carbs in some veggies

 

then phase two lasts for as long as you want to lose the weight to get to your goal weight, you will lose about 1-2lbs a week on phase two and it slowly starts to bring in carbs back to your diet but only good ones. example: whole wheat pasta, rye bread, pumpernickle bread etc.

 

phase three is just maintenance for the rest of

i haven't had bread or anything with sugar in 10 days

the problem with those diets(sugar restruiction) is that when you are stopping them dieting, the sugar will be immediately transformed to Lipid :stunned:
