I think THIS Blue forum proves exactly what the worth is behind being in a respectable band who writes their own music, and being in a boyband who is respected by pop culture for the time that they are around (Unfortunately).

 

This forum clears it up for me, in an age where boybands are being seen as less and less corny (In the UK) and supermodels are dating the members of them, and people are respecting them as artists. Look at any member of that forum, and the only thing they like about Blue is how they look. When they say "Whos your favourite?" they mean "Whos the best looking?" If you were in Blue, you'd go the website, read about your fans who dont see anything in you but a talentless pretty boy.

 

Whereas if youre a member of Coldplay, you come on here, you have people praising your music and the emotions you express, how they love every aspect of you and will remain loyal for a long time. Its so much more beautiful, and rewarding.
