Am I the only one who feels the AHFOD Era is not over yet ? The tour is ending today, but an Era comprises much more than just a tour. Live 2017 has not even been officially announced yet, let alone released. I doubt anyone would say Live 2003 was not part of the AROBTTH Era or Live 2014 not part of the GS Era. To me the end of the Era will be when Live 2017 is released and done.

Wow, very interesting find ! I must say I just relistened to the album track and could not pick up the cutting by ear even though I know where it is supposed to be. As someone who isn't into remixes I had never even heard that line about the third world war - I'm glad they didn't include it, it does sound a bit cheesy imho. The "swim a river out to the sea" line I had so far only heard in live performances of Talk during the Viva Era. One thing confuses me however - I always read that the leaked, alternative version of Talk was actually recorded after the version we know now, and that the band in the end decided to put the original version on the album. Hmm...

Finally someone who agrees with me on Fun ! :) That guitar riff at the beginning always hits me right in the guts, I like the imagery used in the lyrics and the melody/overall sound are good too. I don't like Tove Lo as an artist but in all fairness on Fun her vocals are very subtle and fit perfectly ! All in all a very touching song.

And the people who follow the "Coldplay Polls" account are probably hardcore Coldplay fans, because I don't think people who are just casual fans would do that, so that doesn't explain the result.
