  1. Seeing that there is now a thread dedicated to "how to delete your account". It's just sad that Coldplay are getting to poppy for some people now. If course there's other reasons but that seems to be the main reason as of late. I'm enjoying there music a lot still (it could be better though). But the effects of the change on fans I am definitely not a fan of.
  2. Tove Lo isn't that bad. There are definitely better choices, but I wouldn't mind.
  3. Edmonton, Alberta, Canada.
  4. I wouldn't say Coldplay are Illuminati. But Beyonce on the other hand... I don't know. One thing scary though. Look up Britney Spears alter egos. That is very creepy.
  5. Woah, this look looks exctremely cool though.
  6. Yeah, the part after the bridge is absolutely wonderful, really the whole song is growing on me even more than before now that I think of it. :D
  7. I didn't know that before, so thanks for that. But I do agree with you.
  8. This. For example, when I do use the app, I try to find the thread "I am currently listening to..." and type in that, and for some reason it appears like 20th on the list, even though that's the exact name of that thread.
  9. Hit "Browse" (i know, it isn't obvious at first)
  10. Wow. Okay. So fun fact: I've never listened to I Ran Away before in it's entirety. I know the intro, the "I ran away from you", and the part after that I've heard a few times, but it wasn't until today that I've listened to it in full, every single second of it. And there's also a few songs other than that that I still have yet to listen to in it's entirety. So anyways, before I thought, yeah, it was a really cool song. A fan of it. Not anything mind-blowing or anything, but hey, pretty good song. Enjoyed it. But now I listen to it again, in full. And of course I thought when this came on in my shuffle playlist, yeah, it was I Ran Away. And again, same reaction. Very good song. But I never knew what'd come after. And how the song, almost like Politik, would just keep building up and up and get even better. It got better as it went on, the second time it "repeated" I guess there were some extra sounds that made it feel like the song was building up. then we hit the part after 3:09. WOW. I never knew this song would have this beautiful piece in it. Definetely a fan of this especially. I Ran Away just jumped ahead in my Coldplay rankings...
  11. Colour spectrum ^ what???
  12. Sweet!!!! Half a billion!!! :D :D :D So glad that this has the most views of any Coldplay song (I think? I didn't see any higher view count on any other song by them....) . It is in my opinion the best Coldplay song that did get popular (and the second best of any Coldplay song:D)
  13. This states it perfectly, the oldest songs are just so good :)
  14. And I'm the same way as @flockofbirds222. I ADORE these older songs. Especially See You Soon and Easy to Please. They are masterpieces! But I like Birds more than Brothers and Sisters. Just my opinion. (Although I love Brothers and Sisters too. The style of this song is obviously superiour to the majority of what they're doing now...)
  15. Brothers and Sisters

  17. Really looking at DIIV lately. Very unknown band, yet a very good band, from what I've heard so far! This completely proves CM's point that rock has nowhere left to go completely wrong!
  18. Look, I still agree with some of what you're saying. They need to realize that there is still stuff to do in rock. If they said rock has been done before, why go into pop when there are much better genres out there? It just seems like they're joining the mainstream more and more with each album. They don't need to do that. Even if they don't want to do rock anymore, there are much better things they could do than going into the mainstream pop scene of today. (They haven't done that fully yet, however with a few songs they sure have. And with each album, the music sounds more mainstream than before. Even if it isn't completely maintream yet). However the statement I quoted is... just... what?
  19. Wonderfully written, Couldn't have done better myself. Just take a look at DIIV. Very unknown band, I know. But listen to Oshin. There are still new things in rock Coldplay could do that they haven't done yet. They can still do rock, if they'd open up their eyes they'd realize that they can do much more stuff they've not done before.
  20. LOL jumpscare
  21. Agree with quite a bit of what your saying, however I think Coldplay will be remembered. Not HFTW, as much as that's an okay song it will be forgotten, and I haven't even heard it once outside of me playing it myself yet.
  22. Up in Flames 19 times, on my 4th listen.
  23. Hmmm.... Sarah Palin. Why do I regocnize that name? With something terrible??
