Hey, habt ihr schon gehört dass Oliver Kahn diesen Samstag gegen Portugal um den 3. Platz im Tor stehen soll? Ist anscheinend der Plan von Klinsmann und dem Torwarttrainer und Lehmann hat gesagt, er hätte nichts dagegen und dass Kahn es wegen seines "vorbildlichen Verhaltens" während der WM verdient hätte :D Nach dem ganzen Torwartkrieg im Vorfeld der WM finde ich das sehr schöne Gesten :)

Have you already heard that Oliver Kahn is supposed to be the goalkeeper in that match? It would be a great gesture of Jens Lehmann and the others to give Oliver Kahn this chance! Lehmann could already show how great he is, now Kahn can save Germany its 3rd place :D

Alright, when you say it's a joke, then it's fine! I personally didn't have anything against Italy before the game on Tuesday - I actually only started cheering against them when I read some comments on here before the Germany vs. Italy game.. You know, the German fans were talking pretty nicely about it, saying they really want Germany to reach the final.. And some of the Italian fans were just saying stuff like "We're gonna make you cry", you know? Cheering for your team is fine, but goofing on the others isn't fine, at least that's my opinion.

I pointed out right at the beginning that I'm not saying anything against Italians in general. I love Italy, I've just spent a week there, and I love the country and the people, I truly do! One of my best friends is Italian! I was just shocked by certain posts on here, not necessarily yours, and just had to say my opinion.. It's alright to be happy about winning, but you should keep it within your country and don't diss the ones that lost, you know? I just think that's not fair.. I don't want a fight on here and I understand you - if I'd be in your position, in a thread "only for Italy", I'd say the same thing!

I think at this point you can't even react any differently. If he'd say how much he's hurt by English press or French fans booing, everyone would called him a wimp.. Oh wait, they already do :P

I'm not saying that the thread is arrogant, I'm saying that certain fans on here are arrogant about winning. If I'd avoid all of you, I couldn't write in any single thread of this section anymore. And I can say my opinion, just like all of you can.

He was pleased about being booed? Sure :P

Oh Lord - I'll do it without the positions, alright? Because I don't know THAT much about football to know every player's position and all that.. I'd like the following players in my team: Goalkeeper: Jens Lehmann (GER) Players: Wayne Rooney (ENG) Peter Crouch (ENG) John Terry (ENG) Steven Gerrard (ENG) Zinedine Zidane (FR) Miroslav Klose (GER) Lukas Podolski (GER) I don't know too many names of the other teams, so.. these are the most important ones :P

I gotta say, after seeing Zidane yesterday, I have a lot of respect for him as well. He's a fantastic player with an amazing career!

^ That's bullshit. If he's still a good player, why should he quit? It's the player's decision and Beckham obviously still enjoys playing football! With all the money and prestige he's got, he could quit forever, but he still enjoys it and his fans still love him, so why not?

^ I feel the same.. I was loyal for England, so there's no-one I'm really cheering for now. But I prefer France from Portugal, especially because the French players seem the most honest, real and fair at the moment!

Yeah, I ended up hating Portugal because of the game against England as well.. Look at Cristiano Ronaldo, he's CONSTANTLY lying on the floor! I laughed my ass off yesterday when he was lying in front of the French goal all the fuckin' time and the referee couldn't care less :P

Oh ok, I think the German word for diving is "Schwalbe" - does it simply mean acting like you're hurt and like it was a bad foul although it wasn't?! Well, to me, that's simply CHEATING!
