I thought the album would be out by June but I am guessing October at this point. I am moving to San Francisco in January to attend Graduate School, so I really hope they start touring the US again before I go :)

I'm debating on if I want to camp out all day long until Coldplay hits the stage. I saw 3 back to back Coldplay shows in 2009 and was in the first and second rows for all three of them, so I'd love to be that close again but i've never been to Lollapoolza before and would really love to experience it fully and see other bands as well.

I just booked 3 nights(August 5th-8th) at the Congress Plaza through Expedia and it only showed a couple rooms left for rooms with a queen size bed. I am happy with how close it is to Grant Park and the room prices were decent.

Just booked my hotel, I can't wait!!!

Shiver.... not only is it my favorite Coldplay song, but one of the first songs of theirs that I heard :)

I am currently working it out to go to this festival. I live in the US and have never been out of the country. I haven't seen Coldplay perform live in almost 2 years and I really really really want to see them. Along with being a huge Coldplay fan, I am also a huge fan of the Strokes. So being able to see both bands at the same place would be something completely unforgettable. I have traveled to various cities in the US to see Coldplay perform but this will be my first trip out of the country. Hoping that is all works out so I can go.

I think that's possible, I heard that Coldplay are going to performing in the US somewhere in August. The Outside Lands Festival in San Francisco is August 12th-14th and the line-up is being announced on Monday, so that may be a possibility too. We will just have to wait and see

Not sure if this counts... but I heard "Fix You" during a basketball game on tv last night lol.

My guess is Outside Lands in San Francisco, it's August 12th-14th this year at Golden Gate Park. Mostly wishful thinking though since SF is my favorite city and not too far from me. If they are playing somewhere in the US, I will find a way to go somehow! Ahhhh, excitement!!!

So excited about the new album but even more excited that they are doing a concert in my city on March 12th :) I'm sure more tour dates are to follow.

I'm so sad they are in Vegas and this will be the first time in 5 years that I haven't seen them while they were here! Gonna be a cold night tonight, so everyone that is going down there, be sure to dress warmly.

I can't even explain how much love I have for Coldplay.. they are my favorite band in the world and I have been a fan for about six years. I have a Coldplay tattoo on my wrist because I love and adore them oh so much. I have spent thousands of dollars combined to see them perform(8 concerts total) and they are the only band I will travel to see live. Just a few reasons haha but yes, I love them a whole lot.

My guess is also June.. with touring starting in summer. AHHHH, EXCITING! I haven't seen them perform in a year and 5 months but who's counting :0

I have been listening to this song on repeat all day, I absolutely love it.. it's so beautiful. I am even more excited for the new album and am hoping it will be out soon...

I am so excited, I didn't think it was ever going to get released!

I live in Vegas, this gig is true. I wish I could attend... however, there will be a 65 foot screen in front of the hotel showing the concert. I am really thinking of going down there to see the concert on the screen, although I know that the strip is going to be crazy packed.

With hearing Wedding Bells the anticipation for the new album is starting to grow even more for me. I hope it comes out by the end of the year :)

I like it :)

I liked it... but didn't love it. When I first listened to it certain songs caught my eye, Strawberry Swing, Lost, and Cemeteries of London, became instant favorites. Other songs like 42 and Death and All His Friends took awhile for me to like. I honestly didn't start liking Death and All His Friends and 42 until I heard them live for the first time.
