My friend dragged me to the movies in 2004 to see "Wicker Park," which I really had no desire in seeing. At the end of the movie "The Scientist" played and I fell in love. When I got home I downloaded every song I could by them(I still have my first Coldplay mix I created of songs I downloaded) and went out and bought Parachutes, AROBTTH, and the Live 2003 cd. I have been hooked ever since...

I saw them in the pit at all three shows I saw last summer. One of the shows I got lucky in the pre-sale, for the other two shows.. they ended up opening up pit tickets later on.

I agree that I am hoping for a more acoustic album. Parachutes is my favorite album. However, whatever it is, it's going to be amazing! Oh man, can't wait for the next tour!!

I feel very very happy! I'm going to San Francisco for the first time, for my birthday in February :D Just booked my flight today!!

it's been a great year.. the best thing for me was seeing Coldplay 3 times and finally being able to see them from the front row, I never thought I would ever see them live from the front row and be within a few feet of them! It made my entire year.

this is quite exciting, I wonder how much it is all going to go for... I would love at least one of the items :)

your tattoo is amazing!!

got my tattoo today and I am not going to lie.. it hurt A LOT. However, it came out really good and I love love love it: The tattoo artist traced the butterfly from the cover of LRLRL cd, but made the butterfly smaller. I choose these lyrics because it's one of my favorite lyrics ever! My best friend got a matching tattoo on her foot, here's a picture of both of our tattoos: I can't believe I finally got it, I have been wanting a Coldplay tattoo for awhile now!

well me and my Best friend are finally getting our tattoos on Sunday we are getting two matching butterflies and the lyrics it's such a perfect day surrounding the butterflies, can't wait to get it!

We are getting matching butterfly tattoos, we are going to show the tattoo artist the butterflies that we got from the concerts, one is going to be baby blue and the other baby pink(our favorite colors) but the butterflies are going to be smaller, we kind of want words that are coldplay related as well, but can't think of what. This is a BFF tattoo but also to remind of how much we love and adore Coldplay. Can't wait to get it!

I have been a fan of the killers pretty much ever since they came out, my first killers concert was in October of 2005, I waited outside all day long, so I could get front row center, this was right after hot fuss came out, so the concert wasn't that long but being that close to them but an amazing experience. I was lucky enough to see them twice this year in their hometown of Vegas, I saw them last month and I thought I would post some of my pictures from the concert: They are definitely one of my favorite bands and their stage show is just amazing :)

.... I may be crazy but I wanna see them in Latin America... I am getting a nice bonus from work in December... majority of it will go for bills and such but I will have money left over... Man, I need to get my passport :)

I discovered Coldplay in 2004... my friend dragged me to see the movie Wicker Park. "The Scientist" was playing at the end of the movie and I fell in love.. I Immediately went out and bought parachutes, AROBTTH, the live 2003 dvd, and downloaded every b-side I could get my hands on. I still remember spending a crap load of money to buy balcony seats to see my first Coldplay concert in 2005 right before X&Y came out. The concert was at a very small and intimate venue here in Las Vegas and I remember getting upgraded to second row and how unbelievable it was. 5 years and 8 concerts later.. here I am. I achieved my dream of seeing them front row center at the Irvine concert in July. I can't wait for the next tour.. I am having major concert withdrawals :(

Viva La Vida, loved the energy from the crowd during this one... lovers in japan is a close second :)

this is a little off topic.. but after seeing the killers tonight, i just see how different their bond is compared to coldplay's... you go to a coldplay show and members of the band are continously interacting with eachother as well as the crowd while on stage ... you go to a killers show and they hardly interact with each other.. they definitely still interact with the crowd but not with eachother.. and that seems odd to me. You just can really see the special bond between chris, jonny, guy and will and those pictures above really show that, it was just something I noticed while at that concert tonight.. I am now having the worst coldplay concert withdrawls ever :( seeing other bands in concert helps a little but they just aren't Coldplay!!
