  1. Anyone else having trouble getting on the official site? It hasn't been loading for a few hours now...

  3. Oh, John is him, ok... Hi, John. ...hmm. Less than 18. Probably less than 16. 14 would make sense.
  4. Which John?
  5. I like muffins. :cheesy: I love how this is apparently a plot to get them to post here.
  6. Dude. Chaucer is on that list. Which automatically makes it good company to be in. :smug:
  7. Pretty please might someone be willing to send me one? I would gladly reimburse for shipping.
  8. Well I've been saying the Satriani snippet sounds like that for ages. This just backs it up. It's a simple tune/chord progression, it's easy to come up with on your own, and Cat Stevens got their first, so everyone else can just shut up. Hear that Satriani? (Question is, why isn't he going after Satriani with that statement too?) "Lacks originality". *nods* .....p.s. post 4,666. *shivers*
  9. *glances around lounge* Yes. Yes he is. :inquisitive:
  10. "The Council has approved a voluntary $59-million US cap, which is approximately $15-million US more than what FIA president Max Mosley had originally proposed. Any team who signs up for the voluntary cap would be allowed to use adjustable front and rear wings as well as run their engine without rev limits. Capped teams would also be allowed unlimited testing during the off-season and would not have any wind tunnel restrictions placed on them. As well, new teams will be given a financial helping hand by Bernie Ecclestone's Formula One Management which would include an annual payment of $10-million US plus free transportation of equipment." http://www.tsn.ca/auto_racing/story/?id=277013 So all of the above, it looks like- development, wind tunnels, testing, and no rev limit. ^^No. What is it?
  11. My favorite lines- always gives me shivers: "i'm at the mercy of an idiot tyrant king i jump high! talk loud! and listen? i'm always listening! cause he built his throne from my bones and skin" From Black Heart
  12. I though it was in exchange for no rev limits... which would put teams at a big disadvantage if they didn't sign up.
  13. Hm... it's 12:41pm... I should have breakfast.

  19. How am I supposed to hate someone I don't know at all? All I know about you is that you seem hyper/bored and seem to be spamming because of that. Hi. I'm Mo. ...you don't happen to be from At Ease, are you?
  20. Space Cadet replied to Julie's topic in The Lounge

:laugh3: What can I say? I'm a geek. A geek who's been obsessed with LotR most of my life. And it's beautiful. But at least I know how to pronounce my own user name... :p

Sounds like you need a new hobby, dude. It's just a day. If you don't like it, change it.
  24. Space Cadet replied to Julie's topic in The Lounge
Dude! Long time no see. :D According to the guy in the paper today, you're not allowed to be bored anymore in this day and age. '"If right now you’re bored in life — in this time in the world — you’re doing it wrong," Pettis says. ' http://thechronicleherald.ca/Science/1119701.html But apparently he does silly youtube videos on how to build robots, so I can kind of see where he's coming from... In Elvish it looks like a curly 'h'. Character number 9 for an unvoiced th (thin) and character number 13 for a voiced one (then).
