Apple is a beautiful name! There's an interview with Gwyneth in which she says that people name their daughters after flowers/plants like 'Rose', 'Ivy', and 'Daisy', but what's so weird about naming your child after a fruit? I agree with her.

I thought i've always had a 'healthy' obssession with Coldplay (if there's such a thing!). I thought i would never be the kind of person to drop everything at the last minute to travel across the country from NY to LA to see their concert and hopefully get standby tickets for Jay Leno. But sadly...it has come to this.

Meet-up? I'll be attending the concert on the 15th, thanks to Tracy (talkingonsquareone89)! I'm not from California and don't know the area really well. Do any out-of-towners want to meet-up before the show? Let me know...thanks.

But the big news is that, in just two weeks, Viva La Vida has sold more downloads than any album in digital history. The old record was held by John Mayer's Continuum. Viva La Vida sold 66,000 downloads this week, bringing its two-week total to 354,000. Continuum has sold 353,000 downloads since its release in September 2006. Anyone? Ok.. a different question, has anyone successfully gotten standby tickets. I know it's possible for Conan. Not too sure about Leno. Last time Coldplay was on Conan, everyone got standby tickets. I couldn't go because of work.

i was excited when i saw this, but i called this morning for standby tickets. the message was that the show is on hiatus and will be returning with new episodes on July 14th. so for anyone in doubt, no coldplay tonight on letterman. Boooo....i'm still going through withdrawal.

THANK YOU, ANGIE! you've made my day. I'm still dreaming about the Today show. I was right next to the barricade on Guy's side. i stepped on it to get a better angle of him and I swear he looked directly at me doing that. Probably was thinking, "God i hope she doesn't jump over that barricade!"

Most of my friends liked Coldplay until Clocks and The Scientist got really, really popular. Now they think it's too mainstream and popular; therefore, they must not like the band. God, i hate when people think like that. Great thing about Coldplay is that the fans are so nice that sometimes it doesn't feel like you're alone at the concerts.
