zach braff is a HUGE fan...doesn't he use their music in any film he has written and/or directed? He was rockin out on Monday night at the forum. Also, Edward Burns is a huge fan and friend. He was also at the monday night show at the forum.

just to note...they will be participating in the Summer Sonic Festival, so it's a whole lot of other bands.

the only Asian country they are touring as of right now is Japan...i know that doesn't help you...hopefully they'll come around to Singapore and Hong Kong next year!

They typically play for 1 1/2 hrs (20-22 songs) and come out anywhere between 9-9:30. As long as you are in your seat by 9, it will be fine. Have fun at the concert!

I agree with you, Mimixx. Look after yourself, Chris. I wouldn't want him to get the flu or another illness like during the Rush of Blood to the Head Tour. Chase Levy, the Today Show coordinator, told me that they were only supposed to play two songs live, but gave three extra performances. The whole NBC staff was pleasantly surprised. The guys are so appreciative and grateful to their fans, but I don't want them to strain themselves.

They are decent-looking shirts, but personally i don't think it's worth the money.

in NY, it's always hard because there are so many ritzy hotels to choose from. During the X & Y tour, they stayed at the Mandarin Oriental.

maybe he and gwyneth couldn't get into a Miley Cyrus concert for Apple. Miley Cyrus was THE hot concert ticket that even A-list celebrities couldn't get in. Scary, but true.

i believe it's $45....they should lower that price...way too expensive. The tour program is beautiful...i recommend getting that...still only $20 (same from X&Y tour). The white mug with 'Viva la Vida' in red is nice too...i believe that's also $20.

I can't see Chris doing a solo album. I think he knows just how important Jonny, Will, and Guy are to him. I know that most people think Coldplay is Chris only, but what makes them so great is all four equally. If one is missing, it just won't be the same.

I know, but at least i got to see my nephew whom i haven't seen in two years. He's four now and loves Viva la Vida.

^i'm in that video. I'm the crazy Asian girl that flew in from NY. I didn't realize she was recording me. it was such an out-of-body experience that i didn't know what i was doing or saying. Afterwards she told me it would be on youtube...normally i would care b/c i don't like being on tv, youtube, etc and plus i looked disgusting and tired. That day was the exception.

I took a week off from work...told them i was visiting family, which is true...i have a nephew in LA. But i also went to both concerts at the forum and to the jay leno taping. I got to meet them, take photos, they signed by Spin magazine....it was absolutely incredible! So sometimes it's good to have an obession.
