It's ironic that u say all u say about mrcool being wrong. When they only ppl who are agreeing with ppl like u are either european or egyptian- or in other words, ppl who ARENT from isreal,and come from antisemitic countries. And their only means of knowing what really goes on here is through the media which is all one big propaganda. you're right, revenge is only natural. Actually, it's a part of islamic culture- they believe in blood vengeance u know? That's the problem. There was relative peace for the last 4 years, that's what we want. Even if we were feeling vengeance for the hundrends of civilians that the palestinians killed in the suicide bombings during 2002, we weren't attacking because Israel doesnt care about revenge!! We'd rather feel abit mad and stay alive, I think u can give us that much respect. However, the arabs, in their islamic origin let the revenge get over the need to live, I cant understand that really. All the pictures u see of dead ppl thrown on the street on CNN and stuff isnt because we kill them in masses, it's simply because they have very little respect for a dead body... but that's beside the point the point is, israel only attacks when it needs to protect itself, not because we want revenge.

i actually feel like ppl are trying to be politically correct alot of the time, saying that ppl mean the best in all that they do- so you're presenting upadawg5 as this ignorant person who's talking bull. He may have presented his point as comprehensive point to all muslims worldwide. I don't think the muslems are bad ppl, I live amongst them- and although most of the time they only add trouble to my life, I know good open minded ones, good ppl. However, I dont think there is a need to stand up for every detail. I agree that many many muslims are living a more primitive life than the western civilisation, and that's what causes more violence (mostly the arabs, not the muslims living in more western countries like Turkey for example). They believe in blood vengeance which is probably one of the most primitive laws out there. If a girl has sex before she's married she's banished from her family, and never weds. Sometimes families get into quirrels that last forever until they have this things called "Sulhas". All very primitive I'm not saying this comes necesarily from the Quran. I myself studied some of the Quran at school- the Suras that I studied were general about the day of judgement etc. However, someone said in this thread "all religion wants peace". I'm just gonna say that a bunch of BULL. I'll go against my own religion to say that in the jewish bible war is discussed alot, and there are laws about wars and what to do etc. that's why i see myself as an Athiast- i dont see the point in religion cause from what i've seen so far it only creates contreversy instead of leading ppl the way it's suppose to

well, maybe it's like that in CNN. Over here, because of the war, the 3 major channels have cancelled all of the broadcasting and there are 24-7 updates of what's going on. And since terrorism is so widespread in out little country, sadly I hear a bit too much of it. And you'd think we're immune to it by now since it's happening so much, but every suicide bombing the whole system is quiet and shocked for a while. I think this happens here most of all because it is such a small country and so you always know someone who is somehow connected to something that happens. It would be like something happening in your neighborhoud or something. :-/

Once i couldnt live without my watch, the problem was it drove me crazy. Everything was always so exact and timed with me. Ppl used to make fun of me for that :(. And I had this gigantic BabyG that looked really bad whenever I went out but I couldnt bare to remove it, because I had this crazt need to know what the time was all the time then, January 31st last year I'd made a decision! The watch must go!!! And my wrist has been watch free ever since and life has been nicer. Though I dont have something on my hand to remind me that Gilmore Girls starts.. so i've also been watching less TV

OMG! There's this one girl I know who is sssssssooooooo annoying. I actually pitty her a bit cause she has no friends since everyone i know thinks she's stupid and annoying. First of all she has tthis horrible very very high voice. And she hasnt horrible hearing, or maybe she just doesnt understand cause everytime u tell her something she'd ask about it in different wordings again and again. And she'd agree to EVERYTHING that u say, which makes it so horrible to talk to her, cause it's like she doesnt have a personality of her own and shed just change what she thinks and believes with every person. PLus she's realllllly word. She says funny expressions that no one uses like "OO WA" and "Peeeeeeee" and more like that. And she just walks in the hall and tells u stuff, and you're like "ok?". Like once she just passed by me and she said "Im going to my class". So?!?! and she's always smiling, which i just dont get!!! sorry if i seem cruel, but ud get me if u met her

these formalities can be really akward sometimes, when sometimes i just try to avoid people i see so that i dont have to deal with the akwardness. For example, everytime i see a person in the bus that i know i have to say hi, and if there's room usually id sit next to him/her. But since we're just aquantances, the way on the bus is usually quit uncomfortable. Another example, and probably the most annoying one is the gym. Everytime I go to the gym i see a person i know from some place or other. And then u feel some sort of obligation to chit chat a bit. Then what happens is it really distracts u from working out, cause everytime you're near it's like 'Should we talk?". And in aerobics lessons it's the worse cause then i feel embarassed. And when u see ppl through your car window when you're standing in a traffic light. They'd call you from their car and they'd say "How r u doing?" and then you're like "Fine, you?". And then u just sit there akwardly until the light changes... god i hate that!
