yeah the greatest is such a beautiful song really illuminates the soft, smooth and breezy quality of her voice. she is truely talented- i would kill (i'm being dramatic here i wouldn't really)- to have a voice like hers or like Regina Spektor, Lauran Hill, Norah Jones, Aretha---- but were are talking about Cat Power so i'll leave it there...

never seen those would really like to but only get the chance when shown on tv. i really liked Neon Genesis Evangelion, the way it was directed and drawn was really top class, the "angles" were really creatively designed , the music was well done and the plot very confusing but one that made you think. Its chock a block full of action juxtaposed with moments of stillness : long periods of silence with the occasional bird calls or a train ratteling past (you can really feel the ambiance). i love that about anime they are usually seen as cartoons but they are much more than that. Also there are many types so there is something for everbody. One thing i don't particularly like about anime are the skinny girls with the impossible big jugs and skimpy outfits.

i like her voice sounds great with just her voice and a musical instrument (such as the keyboard in russell brand show). she's kind of looney though saw her in nevermind the buzzcocks looked like she was trippin' hehe.

hey Julia, i didn't know there was another version/original song.
