  1. ^ yeah i had to look at those but i found i could picture the people in my head they each acted different etc. This was also the same for a lot of Russian Novels i've read... the names are really tricky and i get confused!!! especially Leo Tolstoy novels. They're really long too! *spoiler************** War and Peace is waiting for me to finish reading it but since my fav character Prince Andrew died i just decided yep that's the end of the novel. ************************** hehe its an honour Nadia, then yep i definitly don't know you :)

  9. anyone here like K'naan my sis got me into him. i find his music genius, he is such an amazing writer/lyricist ! i find myself chuckling at some of his lyrics but its like i'm chuckling at a joke he has just said as if he is across the room. I find it a warm album (The Dusty Foot Philospher), its more of a conversation in between and within songs its like the guy is conversing with you like a friend! i love the african beats and rhythms and how he explains things before starting some songs. he is not into the gangsta shit and he has meaningful lyrics, from interviews i've seen and heard him talk he seems a very intelligent guy. it also helps that he is good looking young man hehe. hehe have i gushed enough?!?! now i will wait for many a tumbleweed to roll past.... from past experience most ppl here don't like hip hop, rap, african, canadian music....

Kandukondain Kandukondain a Tamil movie Music by A. R. Rahman one of the most lovely fun (and funny) music i've heard liked it even better than the big budget bollywood movie music. i didn't know this "Andrew Lloyd Webber, a well known composer of musicals, was impressed with Rahman's unique style and therefore hired him to compose his maiden stage production Bombay Dreams (2002). This play was well received in England. Furthermore, Rahman, along with the Finnish folk music band Värttinä, composed the music for The Lord of the Rings theatre production" check his info here http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/A._R._Rahman
  12. i speak spanish and the Mars Volta is still cryptic in spanish hehe. sigur ros, anything in the "so frenchy, so chic" stuff Ville Valo and the Agents Umoja Bollywood/ Tamil and Lebanese music Gypsy Kings (they speak spanish but then they seem to be speaking or melding languages french/arabic ?!?)

Did you find that after you read it first time round that you became very cynical? i did...read it in highschool that could explain it...most people were fake then anyway...(oh dear becoming negative again) ^ haven't read that will add it to my must read list. i read the alchemist and thought aww so decided to read another of his works. i read "Veronica wants to kill herself" so very different to the alchemist...( i must admit i was shocked! the title should've given it away hehe).
