^ lol i have a confession to make- i didn't like the last book everything felt rushed, the characters and thier actions weren't believable especially thier relationships. i hope this next book gets away from all that romance, it really bogs it down. with the who will die speculation- my money's on Cho- from a flood of tears.

i have teardrop but its a cover version by jose gonzalez. ^don't find goldfrapp as inventive as the knife but i like her songs. we'll made a list to try and catch as much as possible so i'll tell you who i didn't see....this really hurt....Dan Kelly and the Alpha Males really wanted to see them but alas lost the list and missed them :(. Missed M. Ward darn again, Saul Williams, missed a bit of Matt Costa etc. but really got to see most of the rest so i'm happy and i crowd surfed! (believe me i'm not one to do such things lol)

saw them at falls festival yay! they brought in the new year. everyone was singing along and some people brought in fire crackers/works and while they were WM were playing they sent them flying ha ha t'was the craziest thing.

i don't know but i'm liking the "great" hip hop/rap alot more these days. Compared to rock today hip hop seems to be more politically conscious and has a message ( that is why they rap to get the words in and not just to fit words into a melody like 'la la la' and repeat the same chorus over and over)-- of course there's the main stream hip hop which plainly does suck actually it reeks and stinks of stench. edit: also been to a few live hip hop and rock gigs and one thing i've noticed is that the hip hop gigs got the crowed involved more and the people seemed more down to earth whereas the rock ones were distant and their seemed to be an invisible barrier of demigod essence between them and the crowd. ok ok now im done lol....

yay thanks for the links. came back from the falls festival which was great!!! no awesome. they had a lot of electronic based bands. i was really surprised because i thought electronic music could never work live. but wow was i wrong!! basement jaxx, midnight juggernauts, and CSS were stand outs. One guitar players (the one with the curly hair) of CSS threw a drink bottle for me and my sis to catch, and the lead singer was just mental she was jumping around taking her shirt off wearing this wiered purple cat suite and crowd surfing lol.
