  1. Only to a certain extent since we* should buy the album again to have it :dozey: *people who pre-ordered the physical copy more than three months ago and still don't have it in their hands (unless you're from the UK and you probably got it delivered today :P )
  2. Let's look at it from another perspective, 4 people tried to get in using his name, how cool is that
  3. oh dear :laugh3::laugh3::laugh3::laugh3: And I spy print #4 :pleased:
  4. Denise replied to roche714's topic in Coldplay
Guys two things: 1. if you have to post it go to multimedia 2. can you please share it by PM for now? As we're not sure if it is a real Coldplay song, we don't want to have a "Viva la Viva Demo" problem part 2 with the label Thanks for the help :)
  5. You can find it here, blog #46 :)
  6. Well it was not mentioned anywhere how much he is involved, but they do mention the fact that Mark does everything on the "swedish" part, so as far as I can understand he is the more involved for sure. However we know Guy likes antiques, therefore he probably has something to say well in this business :) I've also seen it before, and I just remember it was linked from Guy's ex wife interior design website, which is really great :nice:
  7. He's one of the guys from Moods of Norway, as the first two on the left, and they are in their new Flo shop, which I believe they opened on saturday :)
  8. Great! Did they say anything interesting? :) A few pics from Flø :nice: The band The show From Moods of Norway, Studio Hugo Opdal and a norwegian website
  9. I must admit it took me like 5 minutes to decide if it was worthwhile to open a thread for this, but you know what? there are a lot of repetitive and not really useful threads, and many people don't even dare entering his thread so here you go. From The Sun COLDPLAY's GUY BERRYMAN is giving DAVID DICKINSON a run for his money. Not by developing a leathery tan but by getting into the antiques game. The bass player has joined forces with his brother Mark to launch a company called Berryman's Antiques. Mark, a former chef, has moved to Sweden and is sourcing and restoring old Scandinavian furniture. Then Guy ships the stuff over to the UK and flogs it online after a healthy mark-up to wealthy creative types much like Guy himself. A source said: "Their stuff sells for anything from a few hundred pounds to a few thousand." The shop's website...for anyone interested with enough money to buy something. I think I'll stick with Ikea for swedish furniture
  10. I seem to read in Apparatjik's mind  their last tweet: @ericademoura please use the eyeoncommittee.com address as The Committee need people to enlist. So people go enlist to get the single for free :whip: @Aurelie: I just hope Guy put a little more effort for his sign this time :P
  11. Yes, they are, someone on the apparatchick forum confirmed that the prints have been signed by the band, it was not mentioned in the Box's description  @Arantza you're welcome
  12. Just one thing I wanted to point out. When you download the tracks directly from the link you're not gonna subscribe to their mailing list and therefore you're not gonna automatically receive future free releases. People who already subscribed to receive Electric Eye last year were sent an e-mail with the new single. So my advice would be to go to eyeoncommittee.com and fill it in with your details to subscribe to their mailing list :) It's not difficult and it's part of what Apparatjik are Apart from this I uploaded the small norwegian tv news about the Go with the Flo gig in Guy's MM thread (link in my sig) Here's some screencaps
  13. I'm afraid you are a tad late, Electric Eye free download is no more available, now it's the second single, 4 Could Keep a Secret if 3 of Them Are Dead, which you received in the mail. The album is available for download (but you have to pay for it) from their merch store, http://www.theoutland.com, or, from June 15, on iTunes with bonus material. You may want to check their bulletins or their fansite for all the details about it :) On other news, you can see a bit of the preparations for tonight's gig in Flo in this video at around 31:30, thanks to a-ha live twitter :nice:
  14. June 4, 2010 - submitted by Jose, Mexico Q. Dear Oracle, A friend of mine who is an utmost fan of Coldplay (as me) suggested that I listen to Gold in Them Hills. He told me that it was one of their songs, but I have never heard of it. Could you help me out? Thanks. The Oracle replies: Don't worry, it's not a Coldplay song it's actually a track by [ame=http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=DncGOPzkAns]Ron Sexsmith[/ame]. Their vocals compliment each other so beautifully and they actually performed this live together at Madison Square Garden back when Ron supported them.
  15. June 4, 2010 - submitted by Loa, United States of America Q. I know Coldplay is coming out with a new album. Does that mean that they are touring soon? P.S. Please come to America! The Oracle replies: Erm, there has been no official word on a release date so the album is not imminent. It's obviously in its recording stages but as yet that means it will be a while off any tour dates being announced!
  16. They played a new song tonight in Copenhagen, it should be called Bigger Than Us :wacky: Thanks to Tommy (their touring keyboardist) for twitting the news, if anyone wanna follow him @HelloTommyBowen
  17. ^ By a mile Corkus you're a genius
  18. from Pitchfork, they know it all before anyone else, didn't you know it? :uneasy: not really :P a norwegian website :)
  19. The Bolshevic Box will contain the CD, DVD and a 12" vinyl. The handmade box will contain also eight pressure (maybe cards?, don't know, it was translated from norwegian "trykk" through google) from Apparatjik. It will only be available in 200 copies.
  20. Ouch, i'm really sorry for everyone who was planning to go see them in their US leg, I know what it means to get your show postponed (I'm a "victim" of Coldplay's Tampa cancellation, just few hours before boarding the plane to Tampa, and at the other side of the world from home), hope everyone will make the rescheduled shows. They added this news as well on u2.com "Tour promoters Live Nation have confirmed that the 16 U2360° shows from Salt Lake City on June 3rd, through to New Jersey's Meadowlands Stadium on July 19th, will be rescheduled for 2011. U2 tour producer/promoter Arthur Fogel, CEO of Live Nation Global Touring, said, 'Although we understand the disappointment to U2 fans, first and foremost comes the recovery of Bono.' Additional details on rescheduled dates will follow shortly and fans are encouraged to hold on to their tickets. We'll have all the information on U2.com as soon as it's confirmed." So this means right now Turin is the first show...hopefully, haven't booked the hotel yet, guess I will wait a little bit more :\
  21. ewwwwww
  22. It's available on iTunes and here, just started downloading :D
  23. According to their last tweet we're gonna get Guy's podcast today :nice:
  24. Did I hear it wrong or he said they've already finished recording the album? :awesome:
