sometimes radio is nice because you might hear something new and different that you otherwise would never have heard. the trick is finding a radio station that's actually worth listening to. from my experience, college radio is pretty much the only way to go. i like NPR too but they're not big on music.

i generally just watch other people's movies, because i won't watch them enough times to make it worth the 18 bucks or whatever. so i own exactly two DVD's: Bjork live at London Opera House Koyaanisqatsi
