Not heard the new album yet, I am waiting for its official release, but ye, I guess I do miss the old days, but then everyone must evolve.

I am totally with you, I am so excited by the new album but will ruin it if I hear it before its out properly, so I will hold back, infact will be so for a few days after release as I am on holiday, so won't get my copy of the album until Saturday 14th! I am sure the wait will be worth it and I'll be thankful I did wait, I am a very patient person!!!

life doesn't bore me, just little things in it. I try to do new things and 'step out of the comfort zone' every so often, set myself the task of learning Russian recently and I just bought a new car which is a manual, I have driven an automatic for the last 3 years, now I am really scared!!!

The one with, is it Brains?, dancing to 'rhythm is a dancer' advertises bottled water? Love it!!!

wouldn't matter to me, I love their music. I like alot of bands and artists just for their music.

I feel so old reading how old you guys are!!! I'm 32!!! Though some may say I have the mental age of an 18 yr old and I look like one too!! I think I am a good person, typicul libra lass born and bred in cheshire, and working with animals and the elderly. Oh and I am a short arse, 5"1 at a push.

I would probably be lovin' another band. You wouldn't know what you were missing if there had never been coldplay.

I heard it on a local station (cheshire fm) the other day for the first time, its not really getting the air play I thought it was going to get.

I have only been here a couple of years, but I can definately say I'll stick around for a bit longer yet!

'the hardest part' was quite frankly the worst video ever made, in my opinion, but 'violet hill', thats probably one of coldplays best!

I voted 'not sure' as I have only heard 'violet hill'. But that is a crackin' song so the rest is looking good.

I carn't stand the advertisements for a particular building society where they have the staff singing and dancing. So irritating its untrue.

I was thinking it had something to do with 'the powers that be', ie. their bosses, record company and all that.

I nearly die every day driving my car. It needs something too expensive done to it, although it still drives ok half the time, its not good at junctions, so everytime I come to one I take my life into my own hands. I am saving like mad to buy another one, but don't want to trade a 'skip-on-wheels' for another death trap.

wow, thats all that comes to my mind. You know I was thinking the other day that if Coldplay were to release 'mary had a little lamb...' would people just buy it because its by them? Everyone has a right to their own opinion, I have been on the backlash of a small comment I made a while ago on another bands website, I never red the negative messages because I am still a fan of theirs, their different sound grew on me, which is what I think Coldplays new sound will do for me. I didn't find 'Violet Hill' that good when I first heard it, but love the song to bits now. As for the other songs, I've not heard them yet so I carn't comment. I am very much looking forward to hearing the album.

I wanted to be a racehorse jockey when I was a kid, I work with other animals now, so I partly got my dream career, I just wanted to work with animals no matter what.

I kind of thought that the whole idea of the title is that 'Viva la Vida' was for all you optimists out there, and 'death and all his friends' was for the more depressed among us (me included), you know, how you may see the album depending on the mood your in. I didn't mention that I am very bad at thinking about these things!!!!!

'Death and all his friends' sounds like how I feel in life right now!

coldplay fans maybe a great bunch on here, but whats everyone like at the concerts? I have never seen them in concert (I know!!!! I know!!!!!), so are you all as friendly there as you are here? I've been on other forums and when you go to these bands concerts its like 'something-wicked-this-way-comes', the fans treat lone fans (like myself) as a freak for being alone.
