Takes one to know one, right Jeff? He's a junior, like you, and he's got a lot on his plate right now...he got the lead in the high school play, 2 AP classes (US History and Comp/Lit), precalc (with a teacher who is an idiot), drama exec board (marketing director - so he has to design the play posters and advertise), PSAT next weekend, a girlfriend (whom he's been friends with since 2nd grade) and his other best friends are girls - so I think that may have something to do with it. He won't tell me anything right now...oh, and he just spent a week grounded and 2 weeks without his car. I'm trying to cut him some slack, but I won't tolerate rudeness.

Fleet Foxes are playing at the Bridge School Benefit in Californa with Chris Martin in 2 weeks...I'm still deciding if I'll go or not...love that song, though.

Thanks Tracey, I'm popping in here for a few minutes before the couch calls my name again. My son was home sick from school yesterday and after I called the sick line, I got an email saying there is some kind of respiratory/fever thing going around their high school that the Public Health Dept is now involved with and wants samples if you go to the dr. I don't think I'm that bad yet and he went to school today, me and lysol wipes and hand sanitizer are now best friends. My kitten and I had a nice nap, and I hope I didn't scare him too badly when I coughed. And a mom's work is never done - goalie practice is from 4:15-5, and it's one where we can't carpool. Tracey- what a busy week for you! Homecoming already? I think ours is towards the end of the month - I don't know, but my son broke up with his girlfriend Tuesday...ahh, hormonal 16 year old boys breaking up, what fun, not. I pm'd locaola86 and cyyoungcear - both had recent messages on another board about Tampa. I've posted in the comments section of Coldplay's facebook, too. We're up to 19, we need thousands. And then of course, I'm sure the naysayers will be back. Thanks for the videos.

Grr, My cleaning lady's son is home sick, too. She rescheduled for Friday :( Now I need to sweep the kitchen floor - I'm telling you, the excitement never ends here. Ha, now you're old friends and not-friends will be crawling out of the woodwork - lol. My husband is still mad at me for creating a page for him, lol, and just to spite me, he never checks it, so I'm the one friending his friends from high school and college. It's cold, looks like it's going to rain today, and my 14 year old son is home with a fever...I need to bake cookies or something, but it's these days that make it way too easy to sit and play facebook games all day. My cleaning lady is coming today, though, so I need to tidy for her - yeah yeah, I need to clean for the cleaning lady, but if I wash the all the sheets, she'll remake the beds... I can vouch for that - with 2 teenagers living at home, the younger you are, the more "right" you are, and the "old" people are always "wrong." Cuz you know, teenagers know everything (and no offense to the teenagers in here, really.) Let's hope both of you are right, and we'll hear something by the end of the week??? This. I think the Bakery has too much VLV in it, and they just need a change of scenery, and perhaps have outgrown it. My first thought was New York, but now that Chris's kids are in school and they're undergoing their massive remodel, I think it will be still be in London.
