If I think about my stay in England, I can't remember anyone that actually liked Primark apart from foreigners. :lol: As we can see in Emma's post, there are some very nice clothes at low prices there but you have to be really lucky to find something you like. Then again, I rarely find clothes I'd love to wear. D: ANYWAY. Nice haul, Emma! :awesome:

It hasn't been much of a diet but I lost about 4 kg by eating more healthy food (ie. more vegetables, brown rice/bread/pasta). I lost 2 kg just by not eating chocolate for a month. And I exercised regularly. Seriously, though, you won't shape your body by starving yourself - all you'll achieve is a weak body and you'll feel tired all the time. Skin and bones, nothing else. It's better to do some exercise like running or squats, jumping jacks, weight lifting. It won't make you beefy but you'll lose fat, gain some muscle and you'll be able to eat a bit more because muscles need energy.

According to critics, it's Westvleteren 12 but it's so hard to get that I doubt I'll ever drink it. I do like some Chimay, Rochefort and Fuller's IPA. Brewdog brews great beers, too.

Both songs are so nice. I want to see them live this summer but I don't think it's gonna happen. :(
