Really, that's a shame. I have been a long time member there since 2001. and if you want to know anything and everything that site has it first.. before sucky u2.com which I detest but am a member because of the presales. They are the last to report anything relevant you have to go to atu2.com or interference.com to know what's going on. IMO

they do pay taxes you know.. You need to be more specific here.. If you are speaking about them as a business, yes from what I read they moved their business to the Netherlands. And they are not the only big band that has done this either. But if you are speaking in terms of personal taxes yes they still pay this individually in Ireland.

exactly... that is what they are all about. The truly try to reinvent themselves with each album they try something different, sometimes slightly sometimes more than.. With the fact that the spent a considerable amount of time in Morroco recording we will definitely see some of that influence in the new stuff and who knows what else. Edge is constantly trying to venture into new territory each time they go into the studio. I think this album will do just that.. I am so looking forward this new album and a new tour in 2009!

it's gonna be on hell of a year thats for sure but with the hype on U2 and the last album coming out in 2004 I think U2 is gonna surpass Coldplay some.

yes, I agree with others here in comparison to Coldplay Muse kicks their arse across the universe as far as who is best live.. Muse are flat out amazing live! And as talented musicans way better than Coldplay.

i am over the moon excited about the new album title and release date! Now will they pull off a spring tour (later spring of course)? Time will tell and I certainly hope so. We should be hearing in the next couple weeks (beginning of jan.) about the new single off the album. From what I read it should be Get your boots on (rumored at one time Sexy Boots). So keep ur eyes and ears open for it..:D

that's because their peers vote for them at the Grammys this show is purely based on radio play, record sales etc so what do we expect when they are lumped into a category with the likes of Alicia Keys or Chris Brown..

yeah, these are and always have been the lamest music awards show ever. These don't really mean shit.. just wait for the real music award show, the Grammys.. Now those awards actually mean something..

^I wish but it won't happen... they will hold onto those other songs for the next several years (this is the way its been forever basically) or more and either keep reworking them or maybe some b-sides at some point.

when we were talking to Tom I teased him and called him "tommy cash" cuz he was dressed all in black.. :D Tom is pretty shy compared to Richard and Tim. But so nice nonetheless.
