Thanks. It's great to have some time to talk to you, you have no idea. :D Yes yes, LOTS of work. A million college applications and essays plus school work and clubs on top of that. It's bitterweet; I'm ready to graduate but I almost cried when the first term ended. This year's going by too fast!

X&Y [the album] is like a bass triumph. Most of the songs have a killer bassline, especially White Shadows and Speed of Sound. Also: High Speed, GPASUYF , Lovers in Japan, Things I Don't Understand, Violet Hill, Cemeteries of London. But my all time favorite has to be Yellow. It makes me feel all happy inside. :nice:

I was a fan of their previous singles, but after seeing Speed of Sound at 4 oclock in the morning I was hooked. At that hour that song and video is eerie and beautiful. :nice:

:o Today Barack Obama visited a local public school in Norfolk, Va. And that school was less than two blocks away from MY school! But it was a public school and he's all about public school reform so he didn't pay my [private] school a visit, and we were sad. And my AP government class wanted to take a 'field trip' down to that school, but his visit wasn't open to the public. Sorry for the random thread, I thought it was pretty interesting.

what's pre-AP? Are you gauranteed a spot in AP English if you take that class? Ha. Haha. I took AP world history, and your honors WH is anything like that, you'll have LOADS of fun. :dozey:
