  1. This broadcast was fantastic : Jigsaw, YAWA, Ladder, Anthem, Arpeggi = !!!!!!!!!! And I finally got my Jigsaw Falling Into Place CD AND Vinyl.
  2. ^Which means you like it more or less than Plug-In Baby ? IMO, if you're talking about a good song, the longer the better (my favourite song ever is Echoes by Pink Floyd, which is very very long, and I'm basically a prog lover) Marek, I am really serious about CE and PIB. It's as clear in my opinion as in yours, but the other way : Citizen Erased >>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>> Plug-In Baby However, I know I can have strange taste or opinion about music, so I understand why you don't agree. And Miss Snicket : if you manage to like Bliss even though it's this simple, then you are very lucky, 'cause i've been bored by it for a while by now. But about the simplicity, well, the most simple Muse songs are not usually the ones I love the best (check my list). And just because TIRO, Bliss, PIB and Assassin (album ver) are outrageously simple doesn't mean all Muse songs are - CE, Space Dementia, Newborn, Hyper Chondriac Music, Showbiz and Hate This And I'll Love you are everything but simple. In the end, I don't want most Muse fans to hate me, so please don't get pissed about my strangeness (if i am strange).
  3. Yes it was. Release date of Jigsaw Falling Into Place single, but I couldn't find it anywhere. I hope i'll get my hands on it soon.
  4. Excuse me : I don't get it. I'm wondering how you could be more wrong. I mean yes, it's a matter of taste, but you're comparing one of the deepest, well-constructed progressive Muse songs ever and one of their most commercial, unoriginal and useless ones.
  5. Well, Paranoid Android and Let Down are both genius, so... Exit Music.
  6. I'm pissed off. I had planned to buy Jigsaw CD and Vinyl singles because it's my favourite song and it would be released on my 20th birthday, but it's impossible to find it in France for now. So I'm waiting. Anyway I just received my ticket for Radiohead in Bercy, Tuesday 10th of June. Can't wait
  7. ^ That's totally right !
  8. My top 30 (may evolve after rank 15, depends on my mood) : 01 - Citizen Erased 02 - Space Dementia 03 - Hyper Chondriac Music 04 - Showbiz 05 - New Born 06 - Hysteria 07 - Map Of The Problematique 08 - Fury 09 - Shine Acoustic 10 - Shine 11 - Map Of Your Head 12 - Knights Of Cydonia 13 - Sunburn 14 - Hate This And I'll Love You 15 - Soldier's Poem 16 - Apocalypse Please (including intro) 17 - Take A Bow 18 - Glorious 19 - Hyper Music 20 - Supermassive Black Hole 21 - Eternally Missed 22 - Spiral Static 23 - Ruled By Secrecy 24 - Piano Thing 25 - Falling Away With You (including interlude) 26 - Bedroom Acoustics 27 - Execution Commentary 28 - Yes Please 29 - Falling Down 30 - Forced In 30 - Megalomania For the least faves, two categories : - Just non-good songs (IMO) taking space on albums whereas there could be great B-Sides instead : Sober, Overdue (they should've put the Muse EP version), Assassin (Grand Omega Bosses Edit is wonderful, but the album ver bores me) - Usually popular useless SO-COMMERCIAL songs that when you get the album and listen to it you can say to yourself "this one sucks, they'll make it a single" : Bliss (arpeggios are great, but hey, the chorus music is based on a single C chord !), Plug-In Baby (the "I've seen all you're loving, mine is gone" bridge rocks, the rest sucks, especially live), Time Is Running Out, Starlight. Each new album they release the weakest song as a single, which is why I always get pissed off about Muse marketing. Radio listeners only know Muse's least interesting songs, which is bad IMO.
  9. Don't worry Mr. Potato Head. I know them and i've been loving their work for years. Electro-Shock Blues has been my favourite of their albums until Blinking Lights and Other Revelations got released : I absolutely love it.
  10. Linkin Park - Hybrid Theory (yes and I'm proud of it !) Sigur Rós - () The dø - A Mouthful (released on my birthday AND great !)
  11. :o Either you're deaf, or you'r Evil (with a big E). Off with your head, man !!
  12. ^ So Am I. I hope i'll find the audio sometime.
  13. I'll make a list of awesome and not well-known bands i love : The Mars Volta : their second album Frances The Mute is for me the best album in this third millenium. Porcupine Tree (their 3 latest albums In Absentia, Deadwing and Fear Of A Blank Planet are really great) Archive : they've been doing many different styles, but for your taste, I guess both albums You All Look The Same To Me and Noise are really nice. Venus : check their Vertigone album and you'll love me. Emilie Simon : she's not very famous, but she's the best French artist these days. All albums are great : Emilie Simon, Music from La Marche de l'Empereur and Végétal (my favourite from her).
  14. Radiohead. I hate ABBA : I've never been able to listen to more than 10 seconds of their stuff in my whole life.
  15. I went to my closest Virgin Megastore and saw them, covering an entire wall. Many CDs and also some Vinyls.
  16. Camille Saint-Saëns - EMI Best Of Bob Dylan - Desire Björk - Medùlla Mike Oldfield - Tubular Bells
  17. ^ So did I. For me, OK Computer has always ended with Lucky.
  18. In Rainbows (Radiohead).
  19. ^ God we would have missed some great stuff !! Anyway, Ella, your Fog (Again) sounds pretty cool to me. Really. Makes me think of something i've been wondering for a while : am I the only RH fan who prefers Fog than Fog (Again) ? How about you guys ?
  20. Emilie Simon : I just finished listening her whole discography.

    ^ Unforgiveable, it's a classic. ^^
  22. Treefingers is soooo soothing ! A boy in my class told me some weeks ago that he finds HTDC totally wonderful because it feels exacly like when he falls asleep. While you're listening to Treefingers, imagine you're sleeping and it will sound genius. Treefingers is one of my most beautiful dreams.
