Hopefully the boys will do like The Black Keys. They are now streaming their new album (out next week, May 13) despite of the fact that it had not leaked yet.

It won't leak until it begins being distributed for its release. I think that - at the soonest - that will happen next Monday, May 12, since in some countries it will be released on Friday, May, 16th.

We still have to hear the whole album, but I guess AROBTTH will remain as the "top favorite" of the majority since it not only has great songs but also great hits (which I believe GS will lack).

I think this era will probably have an EP or maybe another (more upbeat) album!

I am not really sure that's her. Seems like the same voice that in Another's Arms. Probably a computer-based voice. I understood from the interview that she sang during the intro, not throughout in the song. You could be right, though. But I guess we will never know.
