Oh jaaaa, Mini-Playback Show!!! :laugh3: Das war meine Lieblingssendung als Kind! Ich muss aber gestehen, dass ich keinen Fernseher habe und daher kaum noch mitreden kann. Meistens lese ich Zeitung und schaue mir dann die einzelnen Videoclips an.

*jealous* Hope you'll enjoy it! I was contemplating about going to Queen's but maybe we'll do Wimbledon instead. Have a friend who's real crazy about it and very eager to queue up... well, we shall see. :D

Admittedly, I was fairly surprised by Federer's performance. Shame he lost it towards the end of the 1st set. Let's see what he can do in Wimbledon. Can't wait for the championship to start, it's my fav Grand Slam! :)

Der letzte Teil von meinem Post war auch eher ironisch gemeint. ;) Ich find's gut, dass sie experimentieren und auch etwas riskieren. Sie können es sich auf jeden Fall leisten.

Die Melodien sind schon anders und bisher berühren mich die neuen Songs noch überhaupt nicht. Allerdings fällt es mir schwer darüber zu urteilen, da ich sie mir noch nicht so oft angehört habe. Hurts like heaven und cartoon heart finde ich schon interessant und an ETIAW gewöhne ich mich auch langsam. :) Ich denke, erst wenn ich die neue LP mehrmals rauf und runter gehört habe, werde ich die neue Sachen vielleicht vergleichen können. Und wenn es mir dann immer noch nicht gefällt, ist es auch nicht so schlimm. Coldplay würden mich zumindest nicht enttäuschen, da es sowieso unmöglich ist, jeden Fan zu beglücken. Ich kann mir dann immer noch die alten LPs anhören, in Erinnerungen schwelgen und mich alt fühlen, da früher alles besser war. ;):D

Despite the negative connotation from the Daily Mail, the required qualifications do sound ... well, very random and imo ridiculous. However, I'd be quite intrigued to see the candidates meeting those requirements. Who knows, maybe it'll be a Paltrow/Martin version of The Apprentice. :D
