Finally caught the fuck off huge spider (2 inches long (5cm)) that's been scuttling around my room for the last half hour...it may not be big to many, but in UK terms its large :) and now it's trapped under a cup and I'll deal with it in the morning.

Not on a diet, am 6 foot and 11 stone 8 pounds or so (162lbs to you americans)...1.86m and 75kg or so (to you europeans)....I just need to tone up and bulk up a bit...if anything i need to fill out a bit in the right palces and lose the little podge i got on my tummy from 2 months in germany over christmas eating sweets :) It's going tho.

Memories... you even see me on the TV when Asprilla scores his goal to make it 2-1 :)

If Spain win it'll be a miracle, perenial chokers that they are :) France, Portugal, England...and my dark horse pick Czech Republic :)

grrrr :P I understand it but it's weak..I wont say what happens so not to spoil it for anyone else..but it left me with many unanswered questions...main ones being "What the fuck?" and "Why?"
